IN THE PROPERTY YOU RESIDE CALL OUR 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SYSTEM
FOR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE (916) 332-3200
Only the following emergencies will be handled after hours, all
other maintenance items can be reported via the online maintenance
request
form or by calling the office during normal business hours:
- Electrical wires that are live and exposed posing a danger
to the tenant
- Continuous water intrusion of any kind that cannot be
stopped by
shutting off a valve or water main.
- Plumbing stoppages that cause all toilets to be inoperable
Maintenance items will be handled in the order of importance
and urgency. You should however, hear from one of our maintenance
personnel within two working days to schedule an appointment. If
for any reason you do not hear from one of our appropriate vendors,
please contact the office during normal business hours or resubmit
a work order indicating that you have not been able to schedule
an appointment. |
